I would like to detail my experience with Susanna Murphy. I don't like blind recommendations because recommendations are often hollow in nature and often given based on friendships or family connections.
My experiences with Susanna Murphy started because Susanna made herself more available to show properties, responding quickly to return my phone calls and show properties that I was curious about. Susanna did not know me at this time but quickly responded to show me the properties I wanted to see, adapting to my sometimes short schedule. She often showed the properties I was interested in within hours after I called because of my sometimes short visits to the area. I was impressed with her professionalism , knowledge and quick response at this point.
Susanna's professionalism did not stop after the signing of the purchase and sales. I found out she had a team of individuals that handled everything from the purchase and sales to closing, including lawyers and mortgage brokers. All of these individuals were top in their field. The property I purchased was a foreclosure. Time frames and closing schedules were short. A lot had to be done quickly. The property closed on schedule.
I have purchased and sold many properties and dealt with many Realtors. Susana is the only Realtor I have felt did her job above and beyond what is expected and the only one I would be excited about giving repeat business to.
