    I was born and raised on the northern coast of Spain and attended college in England and Ireland. I moved to the United States in 1997 where my professional career began.  I soon became the owner of a marketing firm and later a recruiting firm. After I grew both businesses very successfully, I moved on to my greatest endeavor of raising a family. Several years later my entrepreneurial spirit and drive led me to develop a new career in Real Estate.  Having owned my own businesses, I am now able to use my skills in marketing, advertising and negotiating.  All of this combined with an excellent understanding and practice of customer satisfaction, I am now ranked in the top 1% of all Real Estate agents in my area.

    Leaning on my years of business experience and interactions with people throughout the world, I have come to understand that I specialize in customer satisfaction. The customer's needs, wants and desires are the most important factor in my success. If that means new construction single family homes, golf course condominiums, or waterfront properties, I know I posses the skills necessary to deliver my customers to their new home with confidence and complete satisfaction.

    I truly care about my clients and I owe my success to my integrity and sincerity.     In her free time, Kandace plays on a summer volleyball league, listens to country music, and most importantly, loves spending time with her 4 year old son, who allows her to act like a kid again.
