I would like to detail my experience with Susana Murphy. I don't like blind recommendations because

recommendations are often hollow in nature and often given based on friendships or family connections.

My experiences with Susana Murphy started because Susana made herself more available to show properties, responding quickly to return my phone calls and show properties that I was curious about. Susana did not know me at this time but quickly responded to show me the properties I wanted to see, adapting to my sometimes short schedule. She often showed the properties I was interested in within hours after I called because of my sometimes short visits to the area. I was impressed with her professionalism, knowledge and quick response at this point.

Susana's professionalism did not stop after the signing of the purchase and sales. I found out she had a team of individuals that handled everything from the purchase and sales to closing, including lawyers and mortgage brokers. All of these individuals were top in their field. The property I purchased was a foreclosure. Time frames and closing schedules were short. A lot had to be done quickly. The property closed on schedule.

I have purchased and sold many properties and dealt with many Realtors. Susana is the only Realtor I have felt did her job above and beyond what is expected and the only one I would be excited about giving repeat business to.

Before we put our downtown Plymouth home on the market in June of 2009, we researched the credentials of local realtors as we only wanted the best in the business to handle the sale. We were very concerned that our house would sit on the market for upwards of 6-9 months, given that many others in town (and especially our own neighborhood) had done just that given the state of the economy.

What we learned is that there is nobody more qualified than Susana Murphy. Due to her extensive knowledge of the local real estate market and her experience in the business, our home was priced right and sold in 13 days! Susana does her homework, is a consummate professional with an outstanding work ethic and above all a very warm individual who genuinely cares about her clients. We first met Susana Murphy in the autumn of 2008 when, while independently looking for a home on Cape Cod and Plymouth, we answered an ad for a specific home in Plymouth. Susana met us at the house on very short notice, in spite of the fact that we had no prior relationship or formal agreement. She impressed us as knowledgeable and professional, as well as extremely personable. The home in question was not what we had in mind and we were still strongly considering the Cape, so we returned to NY to prepare our home there for sale.

By the spring of 2009, we had decided that Plymouth fulfilled our needs more than the Cape and we decided to find a home there, in earnest. We didn’t hesitate to call Susana who had kept in touch with us by email during the year. She showed us numerous homes, and astutely noted what we liked and did not like and each successive day, the homes Susana showed us became closer and closer to our ideal. Literally, on the last day of our allotted time in Plymouth, Susana showed us the house we eventually purchased.
